★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità pari a zero! Costi elevati per un semplice esame del sangue (tra L altro senza ottenere il risultato poiché L infermiera o chissà chi si era sbagliata.... peccato che fosse un esame urgente per una fivet ???)
Imparate a lavorare e fatevi due domande se invece di venire da voi facciamo 150 km e andiamo a Reggio Emilia .... dato che anche noi siamo di Lugo!!!! Lo sconsiglio a chiunque.... ne avevano parlato male… Ora so il perché!
Zero professionalism! High costs for a simple blood test (among others without obtaining the result because the nurse or who knows who was wrong .... a pity that it was an urgent exam for a fivet ???)
Learn to work and ask yourself two questions if instead of coming to you we go 150 km and go to Reggio Emilia .... since we are also from Lugo !!!! I do not recommend it to anyone .... they spoke ill of it ... Now I know why!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 90 euro per un tampone molecolare e l'esito ci ha messo molto più tempo ad arrivare rispetto a quelli effettuati tramite ausl. Inoltre appena entrato l'infermiera si è sbagliata e mi ha infilato nel naso il tampone rapido al posto di quello molecolare. Pessimi
90 euros for a molecular swab and the result took much longer to arrive than those made through ausl. Also, as soon as I walked in, the nurse made a mistake and put the quick swab in my nose instead of the molecular one. Bad

Infermiere gentilissime e brave. Unica nota negativa:appuntamento alle 12.00 e per l'esame che era sarei dovuta uscire massimo alle 13 circa.. Invece mi hanno fatto aspettare 1 ora e mezza uscendo cosi alle 14.30circa..essendo a pagamento dovrebbero rispettare gli orari!!!!! Soprattutto se la paziente è molto ansiosa e preoccupata come lo Ero io
Friendly, young and fast reception staff. Clean environment.
Very nice and good nurses. The only negative note: appointment at 12.00 and for the exam that it was I should have left at about 13.00 maximum. Instead they made me wait 1 hour and a half so going out at 2.30pm. Being paid they should respect the times !!!! ! Especially if the patient is as anxious and worried as I was

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La puntualità qui non esiste. Se avete un appuntamento ad una certa ora potete venire tranquillamente un'ora e mezza dopo e sarete comunque in anticipo.
Punctuality does not exist here. If you have an appointment at a certain time you can easily come an hour and a half later and you will still be early.
