★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggior servizio mai offerto. Già va grassa se ti rispondono. Un volta fatto, se le linee sono troppo occupate, l'operatore alza la cornetta, per poi rimetterla giù.
Fortuna che siete un servizio pubblico e che i soldi per pagarvi ce li tolgono in automatico, sennò da me non vedreste un centesimo.

Worst service ever offered. It already goes fat if they answer you. Once this is done, if the lines are too busy, the operator picks up the handset, and then puts it back down.
Luckily you are a public service and that the money to pay you automatically takes them away, otherwise you wouldn't see a cent from me.
