Mi sono rivolta all'ASL per richiedere il certificato delle vaccinazioni effettuate, mi viene detto di mandare un email a cui nessuno risponde da giorni e non rispondono nemmeno telefonicamente. Ma è possibile che per usufruire di un servizio sembra che si debba chiedere un miracolo?! Bad service! s	stefania voria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivata 5 minuti prima delle 13:00 per pagare il ticket in quanto avevo una visita prenotata da 4 mesi (purtroppo il traffico mi ha rallentata molto), ma una volta giunta all'asl mi hanno detto che avevano chiuso e Jon potevano timvrare la ricetta medica, quindi non potevo accedere in ambulatorio x effettuare la prestazione medica. UNA VERGOGNA!!! Visto che tutte le Asl chiudono gli sportelli alle 13:00 e non alle 12:55??? Questa è la sanità... Continuano a dettarmi un numero che risulta inattivo e quando gliel'ho fatto notare si giustificano dicendo che ci sono troppe telefonate. Una stella perché zero non si può. Impossible to book a visit by phone despite Covid. They keep dictating a number that is inactive and when I pointed it out to them they justify saying that there are too many phone calls. A star because zero is not possible.
