Dopo la prima notte, ho cominciato a riposare benissimo, finalmente non mi alzo più col mal di schiena e collo. Ho acquistato nei primi gg di febbraio 2022 il materasso Irene che purtroppo una volta consegnato a casa si era rilevato non adeguato alle mie esigenze, dopo aver contattato servizio clienti tramite telefono e poi al servizio clienti on line per la pratica di reso, ho rispedito il materasso imballato come da loro indicazioni. Materasso ricevuto da loro in data 7 febbraio, ad oggi 16 marzo non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso. A questo punto: FATE ATTENZIONE!!!! Spero che il servizio clienti di Inmaterassi mi contatterà a breve per comunicarmi rimborso effettuato. Vi aggiornerò. Caution!!!!! Ho acquistato il kit Milano, e il materasso per me è molto comodo, sostiene come deve e non ti fa affondare. Non so come sia possibile che ci siano recensioni che parlano di un servizio clienti maleducato e inesistente, nel mio caso è bastato un messaggio dalla pagina di presentazione su Google del negozio (per intenderci la stessa dalla quale faccio questa recensione) ed ho ricevuto subito assistenza. Solo il primo giorno non ho ricevuto risposta, ma lavoro anche io, quindi capisco che per un motivo o per un altro possano esserci dei problemi, dopodiché tutto alla grande. Alle mail di segnalazione difetti e richiesta di recesso e restituzione del prodotto neanche rispondono. Attenzione poi ai pagamenti: sono previsti bonifici, che sin dall’inizio loro stessi sconsigliano, e Paypal tramite carte di credito. Ebbene, entrando su Pypal appare la dicitura che non si è riconosciuti e pertanto viene subito proposto il pagamento in contanti con anche un’extra di 8 €.
