Purtroppo però per un disguido con un reso/sostituzione mentre mi stavo accordando telefonicamente con una signorina per sistemare la questione sono stata violentemente insultata e minacciata da quello che credo essere il titolare. Non mi era mai capitata una cosa simile. Nothing to complain about the products purchased, really of quality. Unfortunately, however, for a mistake with a return / replacement while I was agreeing by phone with a young lady to settle the matter, I was violently insulted and threatened by what I believe to be the owner. Never had such a thing happened to me.

Ho effettuato diversi acquisti sia su internet che recandomi di persona per provare i materassi da ordinare. Sono davvero molto soddisfatto. They sent me a mattress unstitched for more than 20 cm! after two chats and two emails they replied to send it back! but given the difficulty of packaging, expenses and maybe some unpleasant implications I spent 25 euros and provided on their own! the next purchase somewhere else!

I bought 2 Galaxy and Greta mattresses and both of them respond perfectly to the characteristics shown in the advertisement. I recommend excellent quality.
