F	Francesca Gallo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una gestione pessima dire che questa Asl fa pena è dire poco,le persone aspettano di essere chiamate x il molecolare e non arriva nessuna chiamata, numeri di telefoni fatiscenti dove non risponde nessuno lo stipendio lo prendete così, ma mettevi un po' nei panni delle persone positive abbandonate a se stesse.....senza parole veramente A bad management to say that this ASL is worthwhile is an understatement, people wait to be called x the molecular and no calls arrive, dilapidated telephone numbers where no one answers the salary you take it like this, but you put yourself in the shoes of the positive people left to themselves ..... truly speechless
A	Alessandra D'Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giustamente il cenone è rimasto sullo stomaco... non vedo altro motivo per cui i numeri dedicati all'emergenza covid, il centralino Asl e gli uffici direzionali squillino a vuoto... se volete una sanità insufficiente ed inesistente venite ad Avellino... a morire! Vergognatevi per la cattiva gestione dopo "solo" due anni di pandemia! Rightly the dinner remained on the stomach ... I see no other reason why the numbers dedicated to the covid emergency, the ASL switchboard and the executive offices ring empty ... if you want insufficient and non-existent healthcare, come to Avellino ... to die! Shame on the mismanagement after "only" two years of the pandemic!

Ma dico io non ci convocate per fare il tampone, volete rispondere almeno a telefono per farci capire di che morte dobbiamo morire ?! A shabby service. positive people for days locked in the house waiting for a tampon ... a switchboard that liquidates us by giving us numbers that do not ring or ring empty. G	Gaetano de Maio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno contattato per fare tampone di fine quarantena per covid presso il mio domicilio, non essendo auto-munito e invece non si sono presentati al giorno prestabilito. Mi hanno poi mandato un SMS per dirmi di andare a 10 km da casa mia per fare tampone fine quarantena (sono senza macchina e impossibilitato ad andare li). Provandoli a richiamare per trovare una soluzione, ho notato che non risponde nessuno e anzi il call center predisposto per l'emergenza covid-19 è aperto 3 ore al giorno da lunedí a venerdí (mai vista una cosa del genere). Se io nel privato gestissi un'azienda come fa l'ASL, perderei il posto di lavoro in 2 minuti; quindi, non vedo perchè i dirigenti dell'ASL Avellino non debbano essere licenziati per andar a far danno altrove e lontani dalla sanità. They contacted me to make a covid end-of-quarantine swab at my home, not being self-equipped and instead they did not show up on the scheduled day. They then sent me an SMS to tell me to go 10 km from my house to do the quarantine swab (I'm without a car and unable to go there). Trying to call them back to find a solution, I noticed that no one answers and indeed the call center set up for the covid-19 emergency is open 3 hours a day from Monday to Friday (never seen such a thing). If I privately managed a company like the ASL does, I would lose my job in 2 minutes; therefore, I do not see why the managers of the Avellino ASL should not be fired to do damage elsewhere and far from health care.
