M	Mariasole De Martino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voto 1 stella perché non si possono votare 0, questo è l' ASL peggiore di napoli sono risultata positiva dopo 3 tamponi negativi fatti in un altro asl con un giorno di differenza. Non ammettono di aver sbagliato e intanto io mi sto facendo la quarantena inutilmente mentre loro sono fieri dei loro tamponi. 1 star rating because you cannot vote 0, this is the worst ASL in Naples I tested positive after 3 negative swabs made in another ASL with a difference of one day. They do not admit they were wrong and in the meantime I am doing the quarantine unnecessarily while they are proud of their tampons.
A	Angelo Prisco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono giorni che tento di contattare asl e medico di base per sapere se e quando mi faranno il secondo tampone, nessuno risponde, buona parte dei numeri riportati su internet (mi riferisco alla ASL nA 3) non sono attivi o non risponde nessuno. Stamattina ho deciso di farlo privatamente come avevo già fatto il primo. Questo è il servizio di salute pubblica sul territorio per il quale paghiamo e secondo qualche politico di turno è un servizio di eccellenza. Inqualificabile I have been trying to contact ASL and GP for days to find out if and when they will give me the second swab, no one answers, most of the numbers reported on the internet (I am referring to the ASL nA 3) are not active or no one answers. This morning I decided to do it privately as I had already done the first. This is the public health service in the area for which we pay and according to some politicians on duty it is a service of excellence. Unqualifiable
P	Paolino De falco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asl a dir poco penosa, personale di segreteria sgarbato arrogante presuntuoso e irrispettoso , sto da mesi cercando di risolvere una situazione riguardante mia madre che lavorava lì, deceduta da più di un anno. Non ho mai ricevuto una risposta soddisfacente o un indicazione esatta e precisa. Le uniche risposte ottenute sono state schiamazzi e porte chiuse in faccia. Asl to say the least painful, secretarial staff rude arrogant presumptuous and disrespectful, I have been trying for months to resolve a situation regarding my mother who worked there, who died for more than a year. I have never received a satisfactory answer or an exact and precise indication. The only answers obtained were noises and closed doors in the face.

Tra loro e l'agenzia delle entrate di Nola non so chi sia messo peggio, per risolvere un problema sul c. F di mio figlio sono dovuta andare 8 volte. Con l'altro mio figlio pretendevano gli ripetessi i richiami dei vaccini perché a loro non risultavano effettuati (mio figlio li ha fatti a Malta) Quanto sono (maledettamente) rimpatriata conoscendo il sistema italiano sono andata di corsa all'ASL per aggiornare i libretti riguardo ai vaccini. Tutto questo per sentirmi dire 4 anni dopo che mio figlio non aveva fatto i vaccini, ho portato il libretto maltese e nemmeno si convincevano, per loro era più semplice ripeterli. P	Pasquale Crispo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggio del peggio..... organizzazione del sistema vaccinazione anticovid bambini assolutamente pessima: code interminabili solo per avere un numero di prenotazione che molto probabilmente non riuscirai ad avere perché magicamente esaurito dopo le prime dieci persone di quella che doveva essere una fila; assembramenti , assenza di un addetto al controllo delle distanze e della fila. Una domanda viene spontanea ma c'è un direttore? Se si, a questo punto andrebbe cambiato senza ombra di dubbio.
