Kindness, punctuality and professionalism. The only drawback: it is faster to collect reports on site than to update the electronic file.
o	oksana kiev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi! Professionalità pari a 0, la signora alla reception arrogante, maleducata, da mandare a quel paese. Idem il medico della risonanza, non consiglierò mai questa struttura! Aggiungo un altra cosa di fondamentale importanza… vado a pagamento dall’ ortopedico a far vedere esito rm , apre il dischetto nel pc…. Signora deve rifare la rm in quanto non si vede bene e purtroppo non posso definire diagnosi con una qualità così pessima e sicuramente un macchinario obsoleto! ( se penso ai soldi spesi e km fatti per nulla) ribadisco non solo maleducati e cafoni, addirittura rm illegible ?? Bad! Professionalism equal to 0, the lady at the reception arrogant, rude, to be sent to that country. Ditto the MRI doctor, I will never recommend this facility! I add another thing of fundamental importance ... I go to the orthopedist for a fee to show the RM results, he opens the disk in the PC .... Lady has to redo the RM as it is not seen well and unfortunately I cannot define a diagnosis with such a bad quality and certainly an obsolete machine! (if I think of the money spent and km made for nothing) I repeat not only rude and peasants, even illegible rm ??
K	Katia Salomoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Radiologo maleducato...mi ha dato della ritardataria senza sapere che ero lì 15 minuti prima dell'appuntamento, e che la segretaria mi ha fatto accomodare fuori perché era troppo presto...poi quando gli ho detto che io ero lì già da un po' mi ha dato anche della bugiarda.Questo è il sunto per non dilungarmi...a me non mi vedono mai più
P	Penelope Mantellini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certo che in questo sito pullulano di esperienze...ehmm...per così dire...positivissime.E' capitato anche a me un po' di tempo fa di dover fare un'ecografia eseguita da una certa dottoressa Ludovica...il suo atteggiamento si è rivelato PESSIMO.arrogante e maleducata..mai più in questa struttura. Of course this site is full of experiences ... ehmm ... so to speak ... very positive. It happened to me a while ago that I had to have an ultrasound performed by a certain doctor Ludovica ... his attitude turned out to be BAD.arrogant and rude .. never again at this property.
a	alessandro Rutigliano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per due volte ho accompagnato mia moglie che è invalida al 100% con accompagnamento per fare un ecodoppler alle gambe e RX ai piedi la seconda volta. Entrambe le volte non mi è stato permesso di accompagnarla alla visita ( dato che non è in grado di vestirsi e di mettersi da sola le scarpe) e una volta me la sono vista uscire dalla struttura (dato che per COVID non si può sostare all'interno) mezza svestita e scalza . Questo nonostante che ci sia scritto che i portatori di handicap possano entrare con un accompagnatore. Penso proprio che il mio giudizio su chi è alla reception/segreteria sia scontato... Per quanto riguarda i medici, invece ,sono stati gentili e professionali. Twice I accompanied my wife who is 100% disabled with accompaniment to do an ultrasound of the legs and X-ray of the feet the second time. Both times I was not allowed to accompany her to the visit (since she is unable to dress and put on her shoes on her own) and once I saw her leave the facility (since for COVID it is not possible to stop at the inside) half undressed and barefoot. This despite the fact that it is written that the handicapped can enter with a companion. I really think that my opinion on who is at the reception / secretariat is obvious ... As for the doctors, however, they were kind and professional.
D	Debora Martini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho letto diverse recensioni sull'accoglienza del Centro MCP, alcune positive altre negative, probabilmente dipende dalla turnistica del personale o dalle lune storte. Arrivate con 15 minuti di anticipo, appena entrate si respirava subito un'aria molto pesante e tesa. La signora che ci ha accolto era cortese, solo irrigidita dal clima austero che le trasmetteva la collega che svolgeva verso di lei un ruolo da tutor. Si rivolgeva in modo molto secco e infastidito sia alla collega che a noi facendoci sentire da subito molto a disagio. Ci è poi stato detto di aspettare fuori sotto al sole cocente senza una sedia per la povera signora anziana che accompagnavo. Il medico che ha fatto la visita oculistica altrettanto altezzoso, si rivolgeva alla signora con aria di superiorità e poco rispettosa. Mi ha perfino chiesto ad alta voce: ma è normale questa qui? O	Omar Tedaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non ho avuto il piacere/dispiacere della fruizione dei servizi, esclusivamente per il fatto che è impossibile contattarli; ho inviato la prima mail il 18/10 /21 più altre mail a seguito circa ogni 2 settimane senza avere mai avuto una risposta! Evidentemente controllare la posta elettronica è cosa molto impegnativa! Al telefono, spesso la chiamata "cade", oppure senza risposta! Se anche questa è serietà, mi preoccupa la stessa serietà nei vari servizi! Mi sono ovviamente arrangiato diversamente! Il giovane responsabile in calzoni corti molto maleducato. Il medico anziano molto esperto si è subito incavolato perché il mio medico nella prescrizione aveva scritto eco inguinale destra e sinistra, sostenendo che sono due eco distinte e che avrei dovuto pagare due ticket. Ho chiesto che mi guardasse solo a sin. Perché a destra non ho dolori. Ma lui dopo averguardato bene a sin. Per 2 minuti circa, ha dato uno sguardo per 10 secondi a destra. Pretendendo un secondo ticket. Che tristezza. Appena tornato a casa ho subito disdetto un appuntamento per un'altra eco sempre da loro. È stata la prima e l'ultima volta.
