PROPORREI UN SUPER CONTROLLO X METTERE FINE A QUESTO. They sell fake cartridges and they also offer offers like: get 3 and pay 2 ..... SO, IN BRIEF, YOU ALKETTANI AND FRYING A LOT OF MONEY. I WOULD PROPOSE A SUPER CHECK X TO END THIS.

La sostituzione di una cartuccia venduta diversa da quella necessaria alla mia stampante (per errore del venditore) si sta rivelando un'impresa titanica. Nessuna comunicazione tra il personale in servizio al mattino e quello in servizio al pomeriggio. Nessuna capacità di andare incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Unico e ultimo acquisto presso questo negozio e presso i negozi con questo marchio. Terrible. Replacing a cartridge sold other than the one needed by my printer (by mistake of the seller) is proving to be a titanic undertaking. No communication between staff on duty in the morning and staff on duty in the afternoon. No ability to meet customer needs. One-time and last purchase at this store and at stores with this brand.

Ho comperato una stampante e mi ha portato il pacco fino al auto in mezzo a la neve per evitarmi di scivolare. Knowledgeable, very friendly and kind the sales girl. Il sito pubblicizza chiaramente che NON si pagano spese di spedizione ritirando in negozio. Completamente falso, accertato con richiesta telefonica che si pagano. NON ME LE PROCURI ADDIO. per fortuna c'è sempre Amazon. friendly will be friendly but professionalism does not know where it is at home. they tell you they get you epson toner and then when you go to the store they want you to trim theirs and tell you that you would save. BUT WHO TOLD YOU THAT I WANT TO SAVE I WANT THE EPSON PUNTO. DON'T GIVE ME GOODBYE. luckily there is always Amazon.
