Ora devo rifarmi fare il lavoro da altri, non tornerò più. I paid (a lot) for a job that wasn't what was requested, when I pointed this out I was told in summary that it is my fault (even if everything was specified in the email I sent). Now I have to get others to do my work, I will never come back.

Ma era lui che non voleva aprire il file. Sono andata in un'altro posto e sono venuti perfetti. I printed some papers here, they came illegible, I paid a lot and the gentleman was also rude because he said he couldn't open the file and he didn't do it again. But it was he who didn't want to open the file. I went to another place and they came perfect.

Il signore è stato molto disponibile, 3 fogli son venuti stampati con un errore e me li ha rifatti subito e gratis. Inoltre ottima posizione in centro città. Great service, I came a couple of days ago to print several A4 color sheets, and the service was very cheap compared to the average. The gentleman was very helpful, 3 sheets were printed with a mistake and he immediately made them for me free. Also great location in the city center.

a	ant cas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza !!! Ho portato a riprodurre una grande foto che mi ritrae in un salto durante un concorso ippico. Questa foto era leggermentre graffiata ed avevo bisogno di una riproduzione, nello stesso formato e con gli stessi colori, per ricavarne un quadro da appendere. Mi è stata consegnata oggi una riproduzione della foto assolutamente scura e quindi fortemente diversa dall'originale, tanto che la mia immagine in giacca verde si confonde con lo sfondo degli alberi e a malapena se ne distinguono i contorni. Ho richiesto al titolare se poteva rifare la stampa e mi ha risposto che non poteva....... aggiungendo che la foto originale aveva preso sole !? A parte il fatto che questa foto non è mai stata esposta al sole (neanche fosse un lenzuolo colorato) poteva benissimo essere riprodotta con i suoi colori originali, quali che fossero. Incomprensibile poi il fatto che la foto non potesse essere riprodotta nuovamente e decentemente.... !!! Ho pagato e sono uscito, chiedendomi che fine ha fatto il concetto di professionalità e correttezza verso la clientela per certi esercenti.......... Ecco le foto appaiate e senza trucchi: Bad experience !!! I brought to reproduce a large photo that portrays me in a jump during a horse show. This photo was slightly scratched and I needed a reproduction, in the same format and with the same colors, to get a picture to hang. Today I was given a reproduction of the photo that was absolutely dark and therefore very different from the original, so much so that my image in a green jacket blends into the background of the trees and you can barely make out the outlines. I asked the owner if he could reprint the print and he replied that he couldn't ....... adding that the original photo had taken the sun !? Apart from the fact that this photo has never been exposed to the sun (not even a colored sheet) it could very well be reproduced with its original colors, whatever they were. Incomprehensible then the fact that the photo could not be reproduced again and decently .... !!! I paid and went out, wondering what happened to the concept of professionalism and fairness towards customers for certain merchants .......... Here are the photos paired and without tricks:
