I was here for a stupid problem: an eraser was blocking the mechanical paper loading movement. Well done! Professional, very fast and cheap. I highly recommend it.

I went to my Canon printer which was having problems after paper jam. Brought by EP Service, after a quick glance, they solved the problem on the fly. Good and honest. I will definitely come back when I have a problem and recommend them.

Friendly and fast, I had a problem with my printer still under warranty, they restored it to me and returned it to me the same day without having to pay anything.

Contattare il rivenditore per la sostituzione" dopo circa un mese e varie telefonate di sollecito PRESSO IL VOSTRO LABORATORIO mi è stata restituita con la conclusione SCHEDA LOGICA KO quindi non c'era niente da fare. Perso per perso, guardando alcuni video YouTube, ho acquistato una chiave per sbloccarla, ho pulito e testine e tutto e andato al suo posto FUNZIONA CORRETTAMENTE!! mi meraviglio che sono riuscita a sistemare la cosa a 71 anni senza avere grande conoscenza di tecnologia e mezzi tecnologici per riparazioni......

I brought my Epson Stylus DX9400F because the display showed "Waste ink pad saturated. Contact dealer for replacement" after about a month and several reminder calls TO YOUR LABORATORY it was returned to me with the conclusion LOGIC CARD KO so not there was nothing to be done. Lost for lost, watching some YouTube videos, I bought a key to unlock it, I cleaned and heads and everything went to its place WORKING PROPERLY !! I am amazed that I managed to fix it at 71 without having great knowledge of technology and technological means for repairs ...
