★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto necessità di parlare con il mio medico curante oggi e un'altra volta 5 mesi fa, entrambe le volte sono rimasta in attesa anche 5/7 minuti al telefono per più di 5 telefonate fatte a distanza di venti minuti l'una dall'altra dalle 8:30 senza riuscire MAI a parlare con nessuno!!! Io dovrei anche lavorare alla mattina e non passare le ore al telefono con un centralino che mi ripete di attendere in linea. È un terribile disservizio, cambio ambulatorio e medico di base.
Fate qualcosa per gestire la sicuramente enorme quantità di telefonate da parte dell'utenza perché la gente poi si stufa.
 I needed to speak to my doctor today and another time 5 months ago, both times I was waiting even 5/7 minutes on the phone for more than 5 calls made twenty minutes each from ' other from 8:30 without ever being able to talk to anyone !!! I should also work in the morning and not spend hours on the phone with a switchboard telling me to wait on the line. It's a terrible disservice, change of clinic and primary care physician.
Do something to manage the huge amount of phone calls from users because people get bored.
