★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho accompagnato la mia compagna in questo posto che mi meraviglio abbia le autorizzazioni sanitarie per operare….. ma al di la di questo….. la signora in reception usava un tono molto sgarbato nel rivolgersi ai pazienti: ma nessuno le ha insegnato a trattare con le persone?
Il prelievo é stato eseguito in modo perfetto….. ma devo dire che il mio giudizio é focalizzato esclusivamente sulla persona che “impatta” chi entra….. ed é un disastro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il distributore di biglietti elimina code è inutile : la maleducatissima signora alla reception stabilisce le precedenze in base alle sue amicizie e simpatie.
Se dimenticate di prendere il biglietto, si accanisce contro di voi ; se lo prendete, lo straccia davanti a voi e resetta il sistema in modo da attribuire la precedenza in base alla sua preferenza.
Tutto questo, con aggressività e senza alcun rispetto per i pazienti.
Da evitare assolutamente.
Esperienza (purtroppo ripetuta) ORRIBILE.
The ticket dispenser eliminates queues is useless: the rude lady at the reception sets priorities based on her friendships and sympathies.
If you forget to take the ticket, it will rage against you; if you take it, it shreds it in front of you and resets the system to give precedence based on its preference.
