★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente delusa, con tanto di appuntamento e pagamento ho impiegato 1h (ero la terza), in breve tempo dietro di me erano ammassate una ventina di persone nel corridoio e sulle scale senza un posto a sedere ( c’erano alcune persone anziane che si reggevano al bastone), per poi risultare segnalata solo alle forze dell’ordine, mentre all’azienda sanitaria e al mio dott ero inesistente
Really disappointed, with a lot of appointment and payment it took me 1h (I was the third one), in a short time behind me about twenty people were crowded in the corridor and on the stairs without a seat (there were some elderly people who were holding to the stick), only to be reported to the police, while I was non-existent to the health company and my doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato presso questa struttura il tampone covid a mia figlia di 4 anni: ho potuto prendere l'appuntamento in pochissimo tempo e il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile, disponibile ed empatico con la bambina. Ho apprezzato che ci si rivolgesse direttamente a lei con calma e pazienza per spiegarle cosa si andava a fare. Grazzie!
