★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho venduto la casa dei miei genitori con Tecnocasa: mi sono trovato molto bene, ci hanno seguito fino al rogito e hanno pensato loro alla complessa burocrazia che ci sta dietro.
Abbiamo venduto in tempi relativamente brevi, vista la complessità del periodo, con potenziali clienti che mi sono sembrati tutti abbastanza selezionati, ovvero non perditempo ma persone realmente interessate all'acquisto.
La loro valutazione economica dell'immobile si è rivelata veritiera: per vendere abbiamo dovuto trattare sul prezzo, come purtroppo sempre bisogna fare negli ultimi anni, ma essendo stati ben informati abbiamo potuto vendere e comprare una casa nuova, e alla fine siamo contenti del risultato.

I sold my parents' house with Tecnocasa: I found myself very well, they followed us up to the deed and thought of the complex bureaucracy behind it.
We sold relatively quickly, given the complexity of the period, with potential customers who all seemed to me to be quite selected, that is, not time wasters but people who were really interested in buying.
Their economic evaluation of the property turned out to be true: to sell we had to negotiate on the price, as unfortunately always has to be done in recent years, but having been well informed we were able to sell and buy a new house, and in the end we are happy with the result. .
