★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente non amo fare recensioni negative, non è da me, ma sono veramente scocciata, perché quello che ci è successo stamattina a me e al mio compagno ha dell’incredibile;
Tramite Irene (molto gentile e disponibile) avevamo trovato un appartamento molto interessante, lei ci ha messo in contatto con il signor Marco, che mi ha chiamata per fissare un appuntamento dicendoci che DOVEVAMO passare a prenderlo in agenzia perché non aveva l’auto per recarsi all’immobile, noi ci siamo resi disponibili e stamattina ci siamo recati presso l’agenzia per poi andare a visionare l’appartamento insieme.
Il signor Marco non si è mai presentato all’appuntamento, più volte ho provato a contattarlo telefonicamente ma senza risposta.
Dopo mezz’ora mi ha chiamata, chiedendomi che cosa volessi, non si ricordava minimamente che a 9:45 aveva un appuntamento con noi, mi ha proposto di visionare l’appartamento nel pomeriggio ma le ho detto che non era possibile in quanto sia io che il mio compagno avevamo preso dei permessi a lavoro per venire alla mattina. Non si è minimamente scusato per non essersi recato all’agenzia anzi, era molto indisponente, come se noi lo avessimo disturbato. Non ci si comporta così, non si prendono in giro le persone, signor Marco, faceva più bella figura a dirci che non voleva lavorare stamattina e noi invece, ci saremmo potuti andare a lavoro, invece di aver perso solo del grand’ tempo a basta! Di certo non consiglierò mai a nessuno questa agenzia immobiliare, per niente professionale, non si lavora così mi spiace!

Through Irene (very kind and helpful) we had found a very interesting apartment, she put us in contact with Mr. Marco, who called me to make an appointment telling us that we HAD to come and pick him up at the agency because he didn't have a car to go to. to the property, we made ourselves available and this morning we went to the agency and then went to view the apartment together.
Mr. Marco never showed up for the appointment, I tried to contact him by phone several times but without an answer.
After half an hour she called me, asking me what I wanted, she did not remember at all that at 9:45 she had an appointment with us, she proposed to view the apartment in the afternoon but I told her it was not possible as it is me that my partner had taken time off from work to come in the morning. He did not apologize in the slightest for not having gone to the agency on the contrary, he was very annoying, as if we had disturbed him. We do not behave like this, we do not make fun of people, Mr. Marco, it looked better to tell us that he did not want to work this morning and we, on the other hand, could have gone to work, instead of having lost only a great deal of time. ! Certainly I will never recommend this real estate agency to anyone, not at all professional, you don't work like this sorry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È imbarazzante. Si dimenticano degli appuntamenti e poi dicono che hanno provato a contattarti. (nel 2022 non si possono inventare ste scuse) sul telefono non avevo neanche un messaggio o una chiamata. Ho aspettato loro davanti all abitazione in vendita per quasi un ora provando piu volte a contattare l agenzia. Mi richiama dicendo se possiamo prendere un altro appuntamento dicendo "sa quante volte non si sono presentati a me". Dopo queste parole li ho ringraziati per la loro incompetenza e ho fatto notare loro che io ero il cliente. Detto questo valuto una stella perche meno non si puo!
