★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella sorpresa! Risotto con zucca, provola piccante e salame: saporito, cremoso, cottura perfetta. Faraona con erbette, mandorle e uvetta: connubio fantastico e sughetto spaziale. Un buon bicchiere di vino rosso e come dolce: sbrisolona con crema di mascarpone per un finale con il botto (talmente buona che è sparita prima di aver fatto la foto) Unica piccola pecca: locale un po’ spoglio ma sicuramente dovuto al fatto che è stato aperto da poco.
Nice surprise! Risotto with pumpkin, spicy provolone and salami: tasty, creamy, perfectly cooked. Guinea fowl with herbs, almonds and raisins: fantastic combination and spatial sauce. A good glass of red wine and as a dessert: sbrisolona with mascarpone cream for a final with a bang (so good that it disappeared before taking the photo) recently opened.
