Because quality of food is nothing special, the site is overcrowded and the owner is very impolite as you can also see from his comment below.
By the way he answers as a boorish man to every review under three stars.
He also does not wear the mask as requested by Covid healthy rules.

I visited this place on February because I was visiting the city and I would try some local food and it was a truly good choice. The restaurant is really traditional and old and the food was delicious. I had a typical appetizer (lingua, salame, coppa), a bowl of Marubini (amazing) and a slice of torrone semifreddo...and some Gotturnio. Truly suggested

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience here. I ordered a garden salad on English menu, which is 5 euros. But was told to pay 10 euros for a small bowl. And be asked to pay extra 5 euros for service fee, which has not been told beforehand. The owner is rude and impolite. Honestly, as a restaurant, food is nothing special as other customers said.
