β β β β β This is ohne of the best Restaurants in Italy I know. Having to go to Milan for business, I stop in Cremona, stay for the night in the Hotel Imperial and have dinner at the Violino. Itβs always a delightful experience.

β β β β β We had the menu with a slight small servings of two filled pastas rather than the pasta in broth course- a relief given the heat. Everything was delicious- the special ham soaked in wine as part of the preservation process, the pastas, the filet mignon, and dessert (although we couldn't really taste the truffle in the sauce on the meat). Outstanding service. My best meal in Cremona so far.
