Nel contempo all'interno la gestione è davvero scadente. File chilometriche ed inesperienza da parte del personale incaricat di gestire flussi di pazienti sempre più alti. La struttura internamente è mal ridotta. Esempio su come la Sanitá e lo Stato spendono Soldi Pubblici per pagare stipendi altissimi a persone incompetenti senza dare un servizio al cittadino.
