★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo l orario continuato dalle 8.20 alle 19.05. anche il sabato mattina è aperto fino alle 12.30. possibilità di prenotare fino a due ticket al giorno attraverso la app in modo da non fare fila. Arrivi all' ora prescelta, passi il QR code e il prossimo che chiamano sei tu. C'è anche una tolleranza per un po' di ritardo. Ci sono sportelli privilegiati per la spedizione e ritiro pacchi che è molto comodo per gli acquisti su Amazon. Consiglio vivamente.
 Excellent time continued from 8.20 to 19.05. also on Saturday morning it is open until 12.30. possibility to book up to two tickets per day through the app so as not to queue. You arrive at the chosen time, you pass the QR code and the next one they call is you. There is also a tolerance for a little delay. There are privileged desks for shipping and parcel collection that is very convenient for purchases on Amazon. I highly recommend.

spiegato all' impiegato che avevo intenzione di aprire un conto ,lo stesso risponde che avrei dovuto richiamare nel pomeriggio perche' il consulente non era disponibile , richiamo nel pomeriggio e finalmente trovo il consulente che pero' mi dice che era impegnato e che avrei dovuto richiamarlo nel pomeriggio . Dal momento che abito vicino all' uff postale , mi sono affacciato ed ho notato che il consulente era libero. Passato a Unicredit
After a long wait, they finally answered the phone. After
explained to the employee that I was going to open an account, the same replies that I would have to call back in the afternoon because the consultant was not available, I call back in the afternoon and finally I find the consultant who however tells me that he was busy and that I should call him back in the afternoon . Since I live near the post office, I looked out and noticed that the consultant was free. Switched to Unicredit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there at about 12, suppose it is the most busy time. But I didn't need to wait very long, 5 minutes, then I need to pay Bianca bulletins which I am not sure how. The very nice lady showed me how to fill in, I believe she is a supervisor. After filling in all 6, took me 15 mins, I need to get another number to process the bulletins. Now there are more people and there's another lady coming out from the counter to help people to get to the counter faster. I was helped after may be another 10 mins. All is done within an hour. It would be even faster if I knew how to fill in the bulletins before I go there. I am happy with the ladies here. Great help and fast in action. I would like to thank them all!
