β β β β β We had a room on the ground floor, not in the adjacent high rise. Clean, tidy, quaint. More like a BnB then a hotel. Really close to good restaurants, buses to the city, and shops.

β β β β β Okay, where to begin, my girlfriend and I went a way for her birthday in February, all very last minute so believe I was a bit sceptical about everything, from flights to the transfer and accommodation, specially accommodation, weβre both in our early twenties so we were in a budget, I can not stress myself enough about this place.
Everything about this place was just right! From the reception to the modest amazing cleaners, the place is situated a in the outskirts of Rome, such a calm neighbourhood, its not as dense like you get to see some parts of the city but is not in the middle of nowhere. Itβs not like your traditional hotel, itβs a block of apartments relatively new, 6 years old to be in specific, so the building itself stands out in contrast with the rest of the buildings around, the common areas are cute and chilled in many areas and the apartment itself its self-serviced so youβve got everythign you can possible need to practically live there.
Look into it properly and you will find 2 supermarkets within a 7 minute walk giving you the option to buy ANYTHING you can possibly need, specially that freshly baked bread every morning for some bum a** breakfast. Regarding the location of the place, there is nothing you need to worry about because for only 24 Euros you can get a week pass for ALL public transport, tramps, buses and trains so that give us full autonomy of where we wanted to go, when we wanted to go and how. Visiting the city and museums? easy, Nights out? no problem there was always a way to come back, we even went to βOstiaβ a city literally 1 hour away with a beautiful beach for the day. Now if you think that sounds like a lot of work to figure out and plan boy youβre wrong because weβre from Birmingham, UK, our phone providers βEE, T-mobile&Orangeβ allowed us to use our minutes, txt messages and data so google maps was our best friend all along! As far as youβve got a battery bank to recharge your phone and these tickets itβs all just an adventure, non stop!
Well, long story short, the place itβs really satisfying, giving you more of the experience of what the country actually is, the place gives you the tools its all about what you make of it. Weβre definitely coming back during summer to enjoy the weather.
Piece out!

β β β β β Nice apartments. Good clean and everything was as advertised. The WiFi was a bit spotty at times and it is a 20 min walk or 5 min bus trip to get the tram into town.

β β β β β We did not have a good experience at all; we were sold the Executive Suite - it had nothing executive or suit-ish about it.
Tiny room, noisy - barking dogs, cars, and a bunch of water getting dumped over our balcony every morning at around 5am. It was also not particularly clean or well supplied in terms of kitchenware, though it advertises a fully equiped kitchen.
Internet works intermitently and is very weak.
Managers / owners not particularly friendly or helpful and in the end charged us for one extra night which they claimed we reserved - we had not.
The cleaning Lady comes in only during the morning, but there is no way to tell her NOT to come in or disturb; so she knocks on the door, ring the bell two / three times over the course of the morning, and even tries to get in; only doesn't due to a small manual bolt from the inside. And when she does come in, she does not wash the dishes or clean the kitchen area. The cover on the table in the balcony was washed off by the dumping water on the second day and it stayed like that througout our stay, she did not bother to go and clean the balcony once.
We were told it was a smoking room, but when we got there we were told we could only smoke in the tiny, wet, balcony, supplied with uncomfortable plastic chairs and right on the noisy street.
All in all, we we clearly very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. Having said all that, one can tell by the price that the only palace-like thing about the place is the name.

β β β β β The place seemed generally ok, but some things were below standard. The booked room smelt really bad cigarette smell. Then we asked them to change us to another one but we had to wait for almost an hour, as the owner was not there because we arrived late in the afternoon. The second room they gave us had a problem with the drain in the shower room - it smelt really bad, and had to always keep shut the bathroom door.

β β β β β Great service, I was told about all the attractions nearby and how to get to them, as well given a map.
The room was great for the price, including all the necessities (comfy bed, decent shower, fridge, microwave etc.).
Itβs located no more than 5 minutes away from a bus stop that takes you straight to the centre.
Definitely recommended!
