★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an unexpected site while wandering around the city. It shows how the city has enveloped its history. A nice historic building. However there wasn't much to see, there was a lot of building work in and around it. Also there were numerous homeless, one of which was using the archway as a public toilet in full view of everyone (and he didn't have any paper!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone was saying, don’t go visit this at night. The area around it feels not safe. It is a very imposing gate and beautiful piece of history to see.
