F	Fabiana Fiorillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il laboratorio è uno dei migliori della zona in quanto si avvale di bravi analisti ma gli operatori telefonici e l' accettazione lascia un pò a desiderare in quanto il personale è scortese. The laboratory is one of the best in the area as it employs good analysts but the telephone operators and acceptance leaves a little to be desired as the staff is rude.

Per ogni tipo di richiesta dovrei andare personalmente in ufficio, che x periodo del Covid-19 non è accettabile proprio. Meglio evitare. ?? Locali piccoli e angusti dove non viene assolutamente rispettato il distanziamento e scarsissima preparazione delle operatrici all'accettazione: mi è stato chiesto il pagamento dei prelievi venosi per analisi prescritte su ricetta ripetibile per 4 volte che invece erano inclusi, e per giunta con tanto di esenzione per patologia. E si sono consultate in due per dirmi che dovevo pagare a parte. In un altro laboratorio hanno accettato l'impegnativa senza batter ciglio e senza chiedere alcun pagamento. Voglio sperare sia solamente mancanza di preparazione... I don't recommend it!
