Parfait contrairement à Ischia où après deux laboratoires impossible d'avoir les résultats à temps pour départ le dimanche. Merci encore au labo de Masi. We were greeted by a very professional staff to do the necessary PCR to return to France. Results as promised 24 hours later. Perfect unlike Ischia where after two laboratories it was impossible to have the results in time for departure on Sunday. Thanks again to Masi's lab.

Al finale all aereoporto non l'hanno accettato e mi hanno fatto perdere soldi del biglietto e del tampone, non andate il personale e incompetente, dovrebbero chiudere la clinica , non so o professional, non vi fidatei. Vi rispondo anche , che e meglio che non lo fate così, perché non va bene per chi viaggia , deve essere tutto in inglese informatevi meglio sul sito del governo, perché potreste avere molti problemi con altri clienti, per andare a londra , germania ecc il foglio del risultato del tampone deve essere tutto in inglese, seno" non parti informatevi bene questo e il vostro lavoro a volte troppa arroganza e essere sicuri porta a fare molti errori.
