★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This church is wonderful monument of medieval culture and architecture. There are many splendid tombs of local aristocracy. King Laduslaus of Naples buried here in luxurious sepulcher. Many stunning sepulchers of Caracciollo family are here. Admission is free but any donation is welcomed and highly appreciated. Visitors are allowed to take non commercial photo without flash light.

The church has unique Pieces of art like precious maiolica, frescos, paintings from 400, 500, 600 and 700 century. Free to visit, I raccomand you have a guide to know all the facts about art and history, without you may loose the "sense" of this complex church, nearby you may find church of santi Apostoli with the altar made by Borromini; the dome and finally explore Caravaggio and caravaggism in the Sacro Monte di pieta
