Peccato che il custode lo gestisca a suo piacimento, non rispettando gli orari di apertura e di chiusura, scegliendo deliberatamente chi far entrare e vietando l'ingresso ai cani al guinzaglio, nonostante l'ordinanza del comune lo permetta, secondo il suo umore.
