m	massimiliano papaleo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessime persone e scarsi imprenditori...... regalo ricevuto un mese fa una pianta esotica pagata fior di Quattrini .....morale la pianta comprata era marcia o meglio l'avevano troppo innaffiata prima della vendita mi fanno ritornare al giardino dicendomi che avremmo trovato una soluzione o cura la dobevano vedere "gli intenditori"......arrivo lì mi dicono che le piante non si cambiano ..... e che nn c era niente da fare......una pianta che a loro costa obiettivamente niente.....preferiscono perdere un cliente anzi per la regola d economia 10 potenziali clienti per una pianta cambiata. .....bravi anzi pessimi nn si va da nessuna parte con sta gente...... Bad people and poor entrepreneurs ...... gift received a month ago an exotic plant paid for Quattrini ..... morals the plant bought was rotten or better they had too much watered before the sale make me go back to the garden saying that we would have found a solution or care they had to see "connoisseurs" ...... I arrive there they tell me that the plants do not change ..... and that there was nothing to do ...... a plant that costs them objectively nothing ..... they prefer to lose a customer or rather for the rule of economy 10 potential customers for a changed plant. ..... good indeed bad nn you go nowhere with these people ......

Le commesse parlottavano tra loro, anche di amenità (ero lì in attesa di essere ascoltata ed ho sentito tutto) senza degnarmi di uno sguardo. Ho comprato una pianta per fare un regalo e volevo comprare anche un vaso. Volevo essere consigliata e ho cercato, senza successo, di attirare la loro attenzione, troppo impegnate a cianciare con un'altra cliente di cose non attinenti la vendita di piante. Alla fine ho posato i vasi, non ho posato anche la pianta perché avevo urgenza di comprare il regalo richiesto ma la confezione è stata un vero disastro, fatta senza voglia, la pianta appariva tremendamente sciatta ed ho dovuto provvedere da me. Un consiglio!!!! Si procuri del personale addetto alla vendita più professionale!!! I was yesterday at the Bourbon Garden and the experience was quite negative. The shop assistants chattered among themselves, even about amenities (I was there waiting to be heard and I heard everything) without deigning to look. I bought a plant as a gift and I also wanted to buy a vase. I wanted to be advised and I tried, unsuccessfully, to get their attention, too busy chatting with another client about things not related to the sale of plants. In the end I placed the pots, I didn't even put the plant down because I urgently needed to buy the requested gift but the packaging was a real disaster, done without desire, the plant looked terribly sloppy and I had to provide for it myself. An advice!!!! Get the most professional sales staff !!!

Se non trovate ciò che cercavate , basta chiedere. Grande varietà anche di prodotti artigianali come vasi e affini. Poca spesa, molta resa.
