★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata tramite appuntamento precedentemente fissato, dalla polizia postale in quanto ho avuto problemi di accesso al mio account e c'erano tutti i presupposti per ipotizzare un furto. Il responsabile è stato veramente gentile in quanto mi ha assistito sia nel bloccare le varie piattaforme utilizzate per i pagamenti elettronici che nel ripristinare l'utilizzo della mia posta elettronica. Insomma un lavoro che non era certo di sua competenza. Le sono veramente grata per il lavoro encomiabile di assistenza e supporto svolto, ridandomi tranquillità e sollievo . Un grazie di cuore e buon lavoro.

I went through a previously scheduled appointment, by the postal police as I had problems accessing my account and there were all the conditions for hypothesising a theft. The manager was really kind as he assisted me both in blocking the various platforms used for electronic payments and in restoring the use of my e-mail. In short, a job that was certainly not within his competence. I am truly grateful to you for the commendable work of assistance and support, giving me peace of mind and relief.
