NON MAI CREDUTO IN VOI ( UN INVALIDO) Una ipovedente con il suo labrador entra nel commissariato Tuscolano. Deve denunciare lo smarrimento di un documento. I poliziotti non la fanno salire e raccolgono la denuncia nella sala d'aspetto. Le associazioni insorgono: "E' una vergogna che le forze dell'ordine non conoscano le leggi. Chi ci tutela?"

“Lei, col cane. Non può salire. Le persone col cane aspettano giù”. A nulla è servita la risposta: “Ma lei è un poliziotto, io sono cieca e lui è il mio cane guida”. Niente da fare. Neppure il tempo della denuncia, che sarà presa da un altro agente direttamente nella sala d’aspetto anziché al primo piano, come per tutti i cittadini. E’ la paradossale avventura toccata oggi a una 35enne di Roma non vedente che si è rivolta al Commissariato “Tuscolana”, quartiere Cinecittà.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diciamo che la location non è proprio il massimo: immersa tra le erbacce e suddivisa in due complessi (senza segnaletica, fra l'altro), incute certamente un po' di sconforto.
L'interno è strutturato in numerosi piani, con un banco accettazioni all'ingresso. Mi ci son ritrovato per ritirare una targa automobilistica che avevo perso; fortunatamente ho incontrato personale molto cortese che mi ha assistito velocemente.
Per le pratiche relative infrazioni ed affini, il complesso a cui rivolgersi è il primo venendo dall'ingresso (quello a piano terra, insomma).
We say that the location is not exactly the best: immersed in the weeds and divided into two complexes (without signs, among other things), it certainly inspires a bit of discomfort.
The interior is structured in several floors, with a reception desk at the entrance. I found myself there to pick up a license plate I had lost; fortunately I met very friendly staff who assisted me quickly.
For practices concerning offenses and similar, the complex to turn to is the first coming from the entrance (the one on the ground floor, in short).
