Recommended, to change your Castore appointment if possible someplace else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad servize. no one speak foreign language.they have work schedule but oficce not respect time. i went there 3 times to pick my permesso but they keep telling come tomorrow , today we close, still not ready. They are making people fed up. Worst servize i have ever seen. i still wonder why italy still in europian union.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The opening houris 9am and I came here at 9-‘ sharply. 15 mins later they told me that there isn’t any number available and I need to come back the day later. 15 mins!!!!
There was a man who came to pick up his permesso and he had to come here from 5am. It’s not right that they have proper opening hour but no one is gonna respect it. I’m totally disappointed with how a public service place can work like this being in the capital of Italy and the heart of Europe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In order to get inside you have to wait from 6 in the morning, even after waiting for such time it is not sure you may enter because of limited tokens. It is common that they will tell you to come tomorrow or after 3 days.
