Best cecina (torta di ceci, chickpea pancake) I have ever tasted! The small round bread that you can order on the side is good as well.

Quite possibly the best pizza I’ve had in Italy. Thin crust cheese pizza sells for about €2.40 for 2 small slices. It’s bite size enough to stop in for a tasty snack, but it’s so deliciously fresh that you’ll want to order another round and call it a meal. You can tell they use few ingredients that are simply the best quality. And they’ve been doing it this way for years and years.

Great pizza for such a good price. We went in and had pizza with prosciutto crudo which cost about Β£1 for two slices (they sell by 100g) and had a glass of red wine (about €2) and a beer (€3). The pizza was great for a quick snack and for the cheap price the wine and beer tasted pretty good. Woudl definitely recommend a visit to this place, especially after a walk around along the surrounding walls and up the tower.

Super good Pizzeria. Oldest Pizzeria in Luca. Very good kind of a vegan Pizza. The Town Luca is so beautiful. We loved it. Go there eat by Felice something and then have a aperol spritz at Piazza anfiteatro. The best view over the city is from Guinigi Tower. The Tower with the oak trees on top.

I had read about this pizzeria on a few blogs before we arrived so had to check it out. Situated near the Church St Michele, this family run pizzeria has been around for 100 years! There are photos dotted around the small interior showing the family making the pizzas in their firewood oven which is always a nice touch. They serve pizza by the 100g (€1.40) so just say if you want a large or small slice. You can choose from Pizza with proscuitto, wurstel, margherita, mushroom, spicy salami and four cheeses. They also have a selection of foccacia and you should also try the Cecina which is prepared with chickpea flour. They also offer beer, wine and soft drinks in a relaxed no frills environment. The pizza was absolutely delicious so we ended up ordering more – definitely worth a visit!

Great thin crust. Super fresh toppings. San Pellegegrino Chino - first time had this. Dark carbonated drink like cola. Slightly more bitter and aromatic ?
