The furnishings of the shop are particular and with a very elegant minimalism. Not excessively expensive and pleasant products. Kind and willing to tell.

Vasta e articolata proposta di prodotti per il corpo : creme , profumeria raffinata, cura della persona e profumatori ambientali, solo per fare qualche citazione. Colpisce la cura con cui è tenuto il negozio, location in ambiente storico e la precisione e razionalità delle specialità esposte. Riferendomi ai prodotti mi rendo conto che sono il risultato di ricerca, qualità delle materie prime e buon gusto. Sia per uso personale che come regalo consiglio tali prodotti : andrete sul sicuro. I prezzi sono adeguati alla qualità di quanto proposto. Devo sottolineare la cortesia, la preparazione e in un termine la professionalità della commessa che ho avuto il privilegio di contattare.
I have rarely put a personal five-star rating. Erbario Toscano deserves them. Shop located in via S Lucia in the heart of the historic center of Lucca. Wide and articulated proposal of products for the body: creams, refined perfumery, personal care and environmental perfumers, just to mention a few. The care with which the shop is kept, location in a historical environment and the precision and rationality of the specialties on display are striking. Referring to the products, I realize that they are the result of research, quality of raw materials and good taste. For both personal use and as a gift I recommend these products: you will be on the safe side. The prices are appropriate to the quality of what is proposed. I must underline the courtesy, the preparation and in a term the professionalism of the order that I had the privilege to contact.

I purchased a set of gift soaps and a Fig tree perfume which is probably 90% identical to the one by the reputable French boutique brand Diptyque. And while Dyptique's version has a very strong coco afternote and it is not long-lasting, Erbario's is a lot more "clean" leafy fig smell and very persistent. I'd go further and say that it is even better than the French perfume, and so much cheaper! It's a big find for those in love with summer Mediterranean aromas. The guys have also created exquisitely illustrated brochures but in terms of storytelling they have what more to learn. Anyways, astonishing perfume!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest I didn’t know about Erbario Toscano until I saw their products in two nice villas. The rooms were smelling so elegant and later I discovered that they were using Erbario Toscano products, and the amenities were also Erbario Toscano. So, I headed to the nearest shop in Lucca, which is in the walled old town and looks amazing. Prepare to spend an hour in
their shop, you will end up wanting to buy the whole place.
The lady was very nice and knew absolutely every product and even the order in which to try and smell the products in order not to be overwhelmed.
And if you are there by plane and not car, they also have plane compatible products (volume wise) and their online shop has the same prices like the stores.
A must try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stumbled across this shop a couple of weeks ago whilst I was waiting for my partner. He knew the brand and I decided to push the door to discover furthermore. I have to say it was probably the best shopping experience I’ve ever had.
The shop is beautiful and they have a wide range of product. The quality is exceptional for the price that I consider average (comparing to what I’ve experience in London). The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and patient.
I knew nothing about the brand and simply left the store with two room sprays, one diffuser, a candle and a travel size perfume.
The diffuser is the strongest yet pleasurable -strong- diffuser I’ve ever tried. I will come back, to that particular shop for sure!
Highly recommend it.
