★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pieve di Marmoraia sorge sulla Montagnola Senese, lungo un'antica via di valico che univa il versante senese ed il versante valdelsano del gruppo collinare. La struttura conserva parte dell'aspetto romanico originale, ma non mancano rimaneggiamenti moderni. In epoca basso-medievale il complesso fu fortificato.
The parish church of Marmoraia is located on the Montagnola Senese, along an ancient pass that linked the Sienese side and the Valdelsan side of the hill group. The structure preserves part of the original Romanesque appearance, but there is no lack of modern alterations. In the low-medieval period the complex was fortified.
