★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most beautiful places in the world. The cathedral is mesmerizing and beautiful. Next time around we will get the ticket to tour the different parts of the piazza. Be sure at least to enter the cathedral which is free of charge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our friends and l loved walking around Piazza del Duomo. We were in Florence just for the day so we didn't purchase tickets to go inside, too many other things to see! But just admiring the building from the outside kept giving us reasons to continue walking around and around to see it from every angle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please take time to walk inside the cathedral. Entry is free to walk in and see the beautiful architecture, flooring and painted dome. There is an admission charge if you’d like to see the museum, other chambers of the cathedral, climb the bell tower or dome. Line goes quick for entry, but there is still a wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing tour guide with get your guide. We were able to go to the upper level inside, the roof and even to the top dome outside. Breathtaking views of all of Florence. You do not want to miss it. Narrow steep stairs so be careful. My 6ft 240lbs husband had to really squeeze and bend a few times to get up there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing, must see in Florence. It's pretty crowded to go in, so i recommend to take guided tour since there is 493 stairs to go up. And you can only be up about 15 minutes.
I left inside visit for some other time. Just seeing outside and how magnificent this monument is it's good enough for the first time

It is a must visit for everyone. You'll be amazed by the size of the building and it will leave you wondering about the engineering knowledge back then.
If you can physically climb the stairs then going up is a must - Breathtaking views.

Maybe the centerpiece of every trip to Florence. Around the place you will find all the shops and other places to visit.

It is a must see attraction in Florence. Also the whole square is full of beautiful attractions and nice cafes and restaurants.
