Amazing baroque architecture. Enter by signing up outside for a time slot, pay upon entry inside. Was only 10 euro per person.

Wobderful! Must to do in Florence. I takes around 1/5 , 2 hours to visit all. Ticket desk and Gift shop staffs are very helpful. They have a Digital exhibition for Benozzo Gozzoli artist and Magi chapel, nobody didnt tell us to visit first. Do it FIRST IS a MUST! It's so nice The fjapel was empty almost and i enjoyed alot. They dont have time restrictions now in FEB 2022, cause it's not crowdy. Ticket is 10 euros and it's open till late. 19:00 Archeological part is good but if you don't have time, skip it, nothing special. Enjoy your visit ???‍♂️????

Just beautiful! Not the most effective customer experience at the entrance (not something unusual, though). But the beauty of the pieces inside worth the wait.

It was a beautiful, historical, functioning building that was partially in exhibition & partially in use as the seat of Florence city (hence modern conference equipment). The museum was however empty, took only 30 mins to go through the rooms + archeological site (nothing special). Likely because 1) a timed entrance was mandatory, 2) it was a down time between special exhibits. There was no floor map/guide, which would be good to have, as I wondered if I missed some rooms. Simply by reading the info cards in the rooms, I didn’t get the depth of its significance that was described by the museum: β€œThe first Medici palace, the home of Cosimo the Elder and Lorenzo the Magnificent and the workplace of artists of the caliber of Donatello, Michelangelo, Paolo Uccello, Benozzo Gozzoli and Botticelli. The Renaissance house… where it all began.”

A nice palace with interesting history. Personally, I prefer a more-preserved styled palace, but considering the history behind it, it makes sense. Additionally, the place had a place dedicated for animation and cartoons. It was interesting as well. Overall, a good experience. The staff were helpful, and the process was simple.

Lovely palace, and also a must see in Florence. This family was very important for the Florence history and once you visited their palace you can get a sence how powerful and rich they were. And how classy they were. Truly amazing place. Also check their working hourse because one day they don't work... I think it's Thursday, but make sure to check before you visit
