★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady, Sabrina, is really helpful!! We were taken to La Biblioteca Riccardiana Di Firenze by her after struggling from figuring out the entrance of the library and its security man who told us to ask No.3, on the left...etc. She first called the library to make sure it’s open, and then took us in person to the library, got our passes into the library and the Director friendly gave us a guide tour of the library. It’s really amazing and felt so lucky! Thank you, Sabrina!
