★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As you can imagine very informative, if you are going to be in Florence and want to do all of the the sites (as there are alot) the Firezacard was roughly £76,but if a quick visit then just pay for entry individually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady with pony tail was terrible. Not a trace of smile, not a single letter of greeting. She looks like she hates her job or has never got paid. We asked five questions and most answers we got were just "No" without further explanations. Not helpful at all. The weird thing is that she seems to be in charged.
The lady in glasses was very pleasant and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wait was super long on a Monday morning (at least 40 mins), the person who attended us was not patient in answering our questions, and there were no clear signs that said that we could get the Firenze card by paying cash in another line/area, which was empty. So don't get a service ticket unless you want/need to pay by credit card.

We arrived there, took a ticket, then it was our turn, all the officers were talking to each other while we were all waiting.
This was weird.
The minimum of their job was done: giving us a map.
Please be more welcoming next time!

1. Who sites a TI close to the city's biggest train station,ma place many people will visit with suitcases, and puts it down five steps, and then back up five to Escape?
2. The take a number and wait would have worked better if staff weren’t so bad st talking to one another.
I. While friendly, the directions I was given were exactly backwards, leading to a one mile +detour with my suitcase over very round cobblestones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super helpful folks and a good place to buy the Firenze card to bypass entrance line to enter many of the museums in town. Grab a number from the ticket machine when you arrive, then they will call when someone is ready to help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website said they were open till 1900, got there around 1800, and while they were still letting people in and providing information, would not sell us the Firenze ticket and told us rudely to come back at 9 tomorrow. Which is incredibly inconvenient for us.
Can’t sell the one thing they are supposed to provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Florence Tourism Office was a lifesaver. They were so helpful in helping me figure out how to use public transit to get to a remote part of Tuscany. Also, the free Internet and comfortable seating were great for me to relax and send some postcards to friends before embarking on the second half of my journey.
