Il tempo di arrivare in autolavaggio è il veicolo segnala spia di anomalia motore. Sono esausta. NON COMPRATE OPEL. Officine incompetenti (e inefficienti: avevo richiesto una diagnosi APPROFONDITA, al ritiro del veicolo mi è stata esposta fattura per cambio candele e nessun commento) e macchine - per la mia esperienza - scadenti. Il veicolo è stato fermo presso di loro due settimane e non è stata fatta nessuna diagnosi. Non aspettatevi una consulenza o un consiglio con cognizione di causa ma solo un’operatività spiccia > spia segnala un problema? Semplice. Cambio il pezzo e ciao arrivederci. Il pezzo è già stato cambiato 6 mesi fa? Non mi faccio domande. Cambio e basta. Sono 300€. Ma dai… Update on the previous controversy. Car collected on March 9 at the OVERDRIVE workshop in Via dei Missaglia. Not used until today. The time to get to the car wash is the vehicle signals an engine fault warning light. I am exhausted. DO NOT BUY OPEL. Incompetent workshops (and inefficient: I had requested an IN-DEPTH diagnosis, when I picked up the vehicle I was exposed to an invoice for a spark plug change and no comments) and cars - in my experience - poor. The vehicle was stopped with them for two weeks and no diagnosis was made. Do not expect advice or advice with knowledge of the facts but only hasty operation> does the spy signal a problem? Simple. Change the piece and bye goodbye. Has the piece already been changed 6 months ago? I don't ask myself questions. I just change. That's € 300. Come on…

Contratto del 20/2/22 doveva essere consegnata dopo due settimane pagata il 23/2 immatricolata il 9/3/22 a mia insaputa oggi 31/3 sono ancora in attesa e non rispondono alle e-mail, il venditore non risponde al cellulare e alla concessionaria rispondono con risposte ridicole tipo che la stanno allestendo Sul sito siete subito pronti a rispondere per fare vedere che siete attenti al cliente invece se si scrive un e-mail no sto aspettando ancora una risposta da ieri e in quando al numero di telefono l'avete sul contratto o dal venditore BAD if you could, I didn't even give a star. Inoltre, è impossibile avere un preventivo per una macchina non presente in concessionaria... Insomma... Direi che ci sono ampi margini di miglioramento. Avendo trovato qui una macchina elettrica che cercavamo in pronta consegna fortuna vuole che il consulente non ha esitato ad accoglierci per un appuntamento di domenica per finalizzare il contratto. Il consulente è stato molto chiaro nelle varie spiegazioni e dettagli anche per il finanziamento e molto gentile. Very large dealer and very professional consultants. Having found here an electric car we were looking for ready for delivery, luckily the consultant did not hesitate to welcome us for an appointment on Sunday to finalize the contract.
