 Great and nice vehicles, I wrote, but as a customer service they are very scarce and I think I will never take my car to the workshop again, as their organization is non-existent, so I review my evaluation. I do not recommend.

The sales department is great. After ... you're in luck ... I ... with Peugeot 2008 ... 20,000 km ... 2 years and 10 days after the purchase it started to rain in the car. The answer ... at 2 years out of warranty. I sent an email to the French. Bravo Peugeot. Bravo LocautoDue.

Workshop is not of quality, just talk and nothing too high prices solved elsewhere in 1 hour at less cost with warranty and original parts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ✍️ Prima impressione ottima. Siamo passati un sabato pomeriggio alla ricerca di una nuova vettura ?. La signora ci ha accolto addirittura ci ha chiesto se volessimo un caffè ☕. Ci ha fatto vedere le auto ? e ci siamo fatti fare un preventivo ?. Hanno anche una sezione usato ?️, ma non essendo le stesse persone ? a gestirle e come se fossero due concessionari diversi, difatti alla domanda ❓ se ci fosse dell'usato, la signora ? ci ha risposto "Si ma non so niente, non mi occupo io..". Un'altra cosa lasciata al caso è quando abbiamo chiesto di motorizzazioni GPL ⛽, che a quanto pare Peugeot ? non le fa, da come ci ha risposto sembrava che le avessimo chiesto di pagare in nero ?, dicendomi addirittura che per questioni di inquinamento ♻️ non si usa più ?. Tutto sommato tra tutti i concessionari girati in giornata è stato il più professionale ??.
❌ Troppo interesse nel prendersi la provvigione ? della vendita più che avere un cliente in più ➕. La differenza ➖ tra nuovo ? e usato ?️ sembra che si parli di due concessionarie diverse.
✅ Ampio spazio, professionale il venditore ??.

✍️ Great first impression. We spent a Saturday afternoon looking for a new car ?. The lady welcomed us even asked us if we wanted a coffee ☕. He showed us the cars ? and we got a quote ?. They also have a second hand section ?️, but since they are not managed by the same people ? and as if they were two different dealers, in fact when asked ❓ if there was used used, Mrs. ? replied "Yes but I don't know anything, I don't I take care of .. ". Another thing left to chance is when we asked about LPG engines ⛽, which apparently Peugeot ? does not, from how she replied it seemed that we had asked her to pay in black ?, even telling me that for pollution reasons ♻️ no longer used ?. All in all it was the most professional of all the dealers shot in the day ??.
❌ Too much interest in taking the commission ? of the sale more than having an extra customer ➕. The difference ➖ between new ? and used ?️ seems to be talking about two different dealerships.
✅ Large space, professional seller ??.
✅ Ample parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una macchina usata in questa officina, inizialmente ho avuto problemi con la mia auto per la permuta ma Marco, l'impiegato che si è occupato della vendita, è stato gentile e mi è venuto incontro, mentre per quanto riguarda la macchina acquistata sono riusciti a consegnarmela davvero in tempi record, anche se per farlo la pulizia interna è stata fatta male ma il problema l'ho risolto facilmente per conto mio. Altra pecca sono le gomme posteriori che per la mia ignoranza non mi ero accorto fossero quasi finite nonostante mi era stato detto fossero in buono stato. Per il resto la macchina l'ho presa in mano da poco e per ora non ho trovato brutte sorprese, e riguardo ad alcune recensioni lette prima di effettuare l'acquisto posso dire che nella mia esperienza Marco è disponibile e gentile anche adesso che la macchina è stata venduta.
I bought a used car in this workshop, initially I had problems with my car for the exchange but Marco, the employee who took care of the sale, was kind and came to meet me, while as regards the car purchased I am managed to deliver it to me really in record time, even if to do it the internal cleaning was done badly but I easily solved the problem on my own. Another flaw are the rear tires which due to my ignorance I did not realize were almost finished even though I was told they were in good condition. For the rest, I have just taken the machine in my hand and for now I have not found any nasty surprises, and with regard to some reviews read before making the purchase I can say that in my experience Marco is available and kind even now that the machine it was sold.
