I had moved to change cars and asked for a quote for my current kia stonic; they shot me 21 thousand euros, (I then took it identical in the borgaro branch for 15,500). Today, the aforementioned machine leaves me on foot, I contact the assistance center that sends me the tow truck very kind, which after having checked me informs me that the battery needs to be changed, unfortunately my dealer / trusted workshop is closed for holidays, but the kia italia customer service always suggests to me that the caresanablot center is open and is the closest, I call and they immediately tell me that the warranty lasts only 1 year and that they would have made it to me for a fee. In the meantime, I move heaven and earth to find an auto electrician who can help me, after having found him he tells me that it is strange that he only has a one year warranty. I doubt and I look on the kia website which confirms that I have a 2 year warranty, I call the customer service which confirms the same thing; at that point I recall the dealership / workshop who reiterates that the kia does not pay for the battery change that they do not want to lose money and sticks the phone in my face (even with a certain arrogance). moral of the story, after a thousand ups and downs and phone calls at closed places, on holidays or without the battery, I find a kia center in Asti that makes me change in 5 minutes NET. Congratulations, you have proved to be really compliant, years later I reconfirm when I previously thought: Not even a bicycle I would recommend buying at this place; and i would also advise kia to better choose its dealers.
