★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questa concessionaria ho avuto modo di sperimentare gentilezza e professionalità sotto ogni aspetto: dalla vendita alla manutenzione dell'auto, dalla gestione degli appuntamenti presi alla puntualità ed efficienza dell'officina ( tagliando e cambio gomme). La consiglio vivamente a chiunque abbia piacere di comprare una Toyota.
 In this dealership I was able to experience kindness and professionalism in every respect: from the sale to the maintenance of the car, from the management of the appointments made to the punctuality and efficiency of the workshop (service and tire change). I highly recommend it to anyone who likes to buy a Toyota.

Ripasso il giorno dopo x info su un km 0 e mi viene risposto: se vuole puo' andare a vedere l'auto nel parcheggio...e vengo subito liquidato
15 minutes at the reception desk without being considered by anyone (at 5.20pm on a Thursday).
I review the day after x info on a km 0 and I am answered: if you want you can go and see the car in the parking lot ... and I am immediately liquidated

Due Toyota acquistate nel giro di un anno e non posso non esprimere la completa soddisfazione sia nella pratica di vendita che nel post/vendita. Complimenti anche a Cristian del magazzino ricambi per la sua pazienza nei mie confronti.
An applause to Diego Ardigo 'who proved to be active available and immediately in tune with the Client (me). Two Toyotas purchased within a year and I cannot fail to express my complete satisfaction both in the sales practice and in the after-sales service. Congratulations also to Cristian from the spare parts warehouse for his patience with me.

Al di là delle ottime caratteristiche del veicolo, hanno avuto la capacità di ascoltare le mie esigenze e nel corso della trattativa hanno modificato e adattato la loro proposta, offrendo il modello di acquisto più consono alle mie esigenze.
Questi aspetti sono stati percepiti dal sottoscritto come un ottimo approccio commerciale che, di solito, è garanzia di un altrettanto efficiente Customer Service ed è il fattore che mi ha portato a selezionare questo marchio nonostante una concorrenza molto agguerrita, ma non altrettanto “vicina” al cliente.

Beyond the excellent characteristics of the vehicle, they had the ability to listen to my needs and during the negotiation they modified and adapted their proposal, offering the purchase model that best suited my needs.
These aspects were perceived by the undersigned as an excellent commercial approach which, usually, is a guarantee of an equally efficient Customer Service and is the factor that led me to select this brand despite a very fierce competition, but not as "close" to the customer.
