Il giorno del ritiro chiamo per avere la conferma che l’auto fosse pronta , mi viene detto di sì e dopo 40 minuti di strada l’auto mi viene consegnata con un’ora di ritardo, sporca, con la carrozzeria non verniciata quando gli accordi era altri. Inoltre, a distanza di poco tempo dall’acquisto, ho dovuto anche cambiare tutti gli ammortizzatori . Sconsiglio vivamente!! Comunque una volta recatomi in loco, con mia somma gioia mi viene risposto che i veicoli che mi interessano sono già stati venduti da alcuni giorni. Peccato che non solo gli annunci sono ancora attivi, ma avevo pure telefonato il giorno prima, dove mi veniva confermata la disponibilità! Quasi due ore di viaggio (per l'andata, ed altrettanto per il ritorno) buttati al vento! Tra l'altro ho dovuto aspettare più di un quarto d'ora come un allocco, mentre tre persone in ufficio non si curavano minimamente del sottoscritto (un'altra persona, entrata prima di me, se ne è andata scocciata per lo stesso motivo). Vi consiglio poi di curare meglio i veicoli esposti, perché non fa bella figura vedere veicoli con gomme sgonfie, guarnizioni a penzoloni e con segni di ruggine. Infine, per correttezza commerciale, sarebbe onesto informare che i veicoli in vendita sono di importazione estera (c'erano le targhe originali buttate in un angolo del "salone"), cosa che invece non viene menzionata. Se questa è professionalità, Dio ci salvi! Le recensioni negative, purtroppo, non sono certo un caso. Eh niente, esperienza negativa, venditore che non terrò in considerazione per altri annunci e che sconsiglio vivamente. Saluti, a mai più! Leggendo la risposta, mi viene solo un commento: patetici!
