Franceska.Promesse erano tante che ho garanzia totale, che prima di scadere la garanzia mi viene controlo di macchina e cambiò olio come regalo. Ho avuto un piccolo guasto elettronico che non mi hanno voluto riparare perché dicevano che non ho garanzia, se lo pago riparano. Sono deluso con sig. Franceska quando ho telefonato tutto negato, che lei non si ricorderà quello che abbiamo parlato. Io vi auguro Buone feste, ma acquisti basta. I bought a 0 km Seat from Mr. Franceska. There were so many promises that I have a full guarantee, that before the guarantee expires, I have my car checked and changed the oil as a gift. I had a small electronic fault that they did not want to repair because they said I have no warranty, if I pay for it they will repair it. I am disappointed with mr. Franceska when I phoned everything denied that she will not remember what we talked about. I wish you Happy Holidays, but shopping is enough.

Ho avuto una rottura al mio mezzo commerciale e in tempi record mi hanno trovato un altro veicolo per poter proseguire con la mia attività. Qui sono stato accolto nel migliore dei modi da Andrea e Giulia, ed in poco più di mezz’ora il meccanico (a mio avviso molto preparato) ha risolto il problema! Acquisterò sicuramente qui la mia prossima auto! Grazie ancora ? I am the owner of a Skoda Karoq and after suffering the pains at the Autovega headquarters in the Vicenza Stadium area (where I was told that I could not expect more not having a Mercedes), I went on the advice of Skoda Italia to the Zanè headquarters. Here I was welcomed in the best possible way by Andrea and Giulia, and in just over half an hour the mechanic (in my opinion very well prepared) solved the problem! I will definitely buy my next car here! Thanks again ?

Cortese disponibilità nell'ascoltare e competenza nel cercare di soddisfare nel migliore modo possibile le esigenze del cliente. Non è forse quello che ci si aspetta? Everything is fine! The customer and the staff are people therefore mutual respect. Courteous willingness to listen and competence in trying to satisfy the customer's needs in the best possible way. G	Giovanni Marchiondo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre tagliandato la mia Tiguan del 2009 in Autovega a Zanè. Son rimasto a piedi a 1km dalla sede ed il carroattrezzi l'ha portata li. Eseguaono la diagnosi e mi preventivano (A VOCE!!!!) una spesa di riparazione di oltre 10000 (diecimila)€ ...e mi "offrono" la possibilitá di parlare con in venditore x acquistare un'altra auto. Decido comunque di portar via l'auto rifiutando la riparazione (fortunatamente ho un posto dove poterla tenere ferma). Mi presentano una fattura di 60€ per la diagnosi!!!! E son sempre stato loro cliente!!!! Ho pagato senza dire nulla consapevole del fatto che non mi vedranno piú!!! Ho portato l'auto da in meccanico di fiducia e riesce a ripararla spendendo meno della metá!!!!! VERGOGNA!!!! HO FATTO TAGLIANDI E RIPARAZIONI DA OLTRE MOLLE EURO DA LORO. ROMPO L'AUTO NON PER COLPA MIA...GONFIANO IL PREVENTIVO E MI CHIEDONO PURE 60€ PER LA DIAGNOSI (10 miniti di lavoro). Ma son stato fortunato che non mi han chiesto nulla per i 6 giorni che l'auto è rimasta ferma on officina da loro!!!!!!! Ma dai!!!! Mai piú una VW e mai piú AUTOVEGA!!!!!! I have always serviced my 2009 Tiguan in Autovega in Zanè. I remained on foot 1km from the office and the tow truck took her there. They carry out the diagnosis and estimate me (BY VOICE !!!!) a repair cost of over 10000 (ten thousand) € ... and they "offer" me the opportunity to speak with the seller to buy another car. However, I decide to take the car away and refuse the repair (luckily I have a place where I can keep it still). They present me an invoice of 60 € for the diagnosis !!!! And I've always been their customer !!!! I paid without saying anything, aware of the fact that they will not see me again !!! I took the car to a trusted mechanic and he can repair it for less than half !!!!! SHAME!!!! I HAVE DONE COUPONS AND REPAIRS FOR MORE THAN MOLLE EURO FROM THEM. I BREAK THE CAR, NOT FOR MY FAULT ... THEY INFLATE THE QUOTE AND ASK ME FOR 60 € FOR THE DIAGNOSIS (10 minutes of work). But I was lucky that they did not ask me for anything for the 6 days that the car stood still on their workshop !!!!!!! Come on!!!! Never again a VW and never again a MOTORWAY !!!!!!

Vivo a Bergamo e lavoro a Thiene, personalmente ho spostato le manutenzioni dalla concessionaria di Bergamo a qui perchè non c'è davvero paragone. The after sales service is perfect in everything. Fast, punctual and with the pinch of flexibility that helps a lot. To this is added friendliness and sympathy. I live in Bergamo and work in Thiene, I personally moved the maintenance from the Bergamo dealership to here because there is really no comparison.
