Ho trovato in Massimiliano Rinaldi una persona preparata, competente e molto disponibile. Ha saputo gestire anche un grosso imprevisto in maniera molto brillante. Ho potuto provare l'auto per 24 ore prima di ordinarla e poi mi hanno anche dato un'auto sostitutiva per coprire alcuni giorni fino alla consegna della nuova. Merita sicuramente le cinque stelle, veramente tutto molto bene. I bought the new Audi Q3 Sportback and was absolutely satisfied. I found Massimiliano Rinaldi to be a well-trained, competent and very helpful person. He was also able to manage a big unexpected event in a very brilliant way. I was able to test the car for 24 hours before ordering it and then they also gave me a replacement car to cover a few days until the new one was delivered.
