★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso appuntamento telefonico per cabiare le pastiglie anteriori della Golf. Puntuali nell'eseguire il lavoro nell'orario stabilito. A telefono mi avevano preventivato circa 100€ di spesa per il cambio delle pastiglie freni anteriori, ma a lavoro eseguito mi hanno invece chiesto 190€, decisamente troppo per il cambio delle sole pastiglie anteriori... Ho pagato il dovuto, ma credo che non mi recherò più da loro per il prossimo tagliando.
 I made a telephone appointment to change the front pads of the Golf. Punctual in carrying out the work at the established time. On the phone they had budgeted about € 100 for the change of the front brake pads, but when the job was done they asked me instead for € 190, definitely too much for the change of the front pads alone ... I paid what was due, but I think I did not I will go to them more for the next service.
