★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a loro per il tagliando della mia A4,40 TDI. Servizio impeccabile,con tanto di video dove oltre a dimostrarmi l'effettivo cambio di tutti i filtri e olio ,mi consigliavano interventi supplementari(senza poi sorprese nel conto finale) quindi molto onesti . In generale mi sento di consigliare a tutti coloro che vogliono affidare la prorio auto a professionisti.
 I contacted them for a service on my A4.40 TDI. Impeccable service, complete with a video where in addition to showing me the actual change of all the filters and oil, they advised me of additional interventions (without any surprises in the final bill) therefore very honest. In general, I would like to recommend to all those who want to entrust their car to professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto la macchina per un tagliando, molto accoglienti e professionali. Finito il lavoro mi chiamano pago e porto via la macchina, dopo 15 minuti mi accorgo di un lungo graffio sulla portiera. Torno faccio vedere il danno, loro negano in un primo momento ma davanti l'evidenza dei fatti si assumono le proprie responsabilità. Mi riparano il danno in modo molto superficiale, al punto che si vede ancora il graffio. Per evitare ulteriori problematiche non dico più nulla e me ne vado. Da evitare.
I take the car for a service, very welcoming and professional. After the work they call me I pay and I take the car away, after 15 minutes I notice a long scratch on the door. I'll be back I show the damage, they deny at first but in front of the evidence of the facts they assume their responsibilities. They repaired the damage in a very superficial way, to the point that you can still see the scratch. To avoid further problems, I stop saying anything and leave. To be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a adhoc check on my A4 while on holidays, hearing some noise from the engine.
Called and dropped by. Instantly a technician was at hand to do the inspection. Luckily no repair was needed - just a piece of the under body got loose. Two screws and 15min later I was back on the road. Happy and confident that all is ok. Grazie molto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptionally good service. My Octavia had a problem with EPC and the var could only drive in emergency mode. I was only in Italy for a week and 1600 km from home in Denmark - so I was in a bit of a situation. I was received by a friendly employee who could speak English. The workshop was busy but still found time to look at the car immediately and fixed the problem. Thank you very much, great service (and great great price).
