Sono stata due volte ( tutte le due volto ho acquistato- ma solo perché Sutlej in se è carino e hanno molte cose di buona qualità multi marche ) ma le ragazze che lavorano dentro - sono poco professionale. Non sanno seguire il cliente. 1. Ho chiesto quanto costa un paio di scarpe - mi ha detto che costa meno 30 % e il calcolo ( fa calcolo - mi ha risposto!) 2. Ho chiesto misura delle scarpe piaciute - altra collega ha risposto secco “ NO” . Non ho fatto in tempo di chiedere di altri modelli perché se ne andata. 3. Ho portato alla cassa la scarpa che mi è piaciuta - chiedendo altra( le prendo) me la riportato in dietro. 5. Tutte le scatole delle scarpe che mi ha dato erano riempite di polvere e sporche. Ho fatto notare con il gesto - ma nulla da fare . Ha fatto finta di niente. 6. Non ha voluto fare la fattura con motivazione - che fanno le fatture con le somme più grandi. 150 euro secondo lei è poco per fare la fattura. Rispondevo no continuamente in modo grezzo ! E tanto altro! Spero per proprietario che siano le figlie sue - altrimenti non capisco il motivo perché devono tenere i addetti vendita in questo modo…. Shopping deve essere una cosa piacevole e divertente! Invece stata una brutta esperienza! Il posto fa la gente… mi piacerebbe tornare per la merce ma non credo- per colpa di personale in questo modo !!!Outlet bello . Personale incompetente! Really low-level staff! I have been twice (both face I bought- but only because Sutlej itself is nice and they have a lot of good quality multi brands) but the girls who work inside - are unprofessional. They don't know how to follow the customer. 1. I asked how much a pair of shoes cost - he told me it costs 30% less and the calculation (he does the calculation - he replied!) 2. I asked the size of the shoes they liked - another colleague answered sharply "NO". I didn't have time to ask about other models why she left. 3. I took the shoe I liked to the cashier - asking for more (I take them) I brought it back. 5. All the shoe boxes he gave me were full of dirt and dust. I pointed out with the gesture - but nothing to do. He pretended nothing happened. 6. Didn't want to bill with motivation - they do bills with larger sums. According to her, 150 euros is not enough to make the invoice. I answered no continuously in a crude way! And much more! I hope for owner they are his daughters - otherwise I don't understand why they have to keep the sales people like this…. Shopping must be a fun and enjoyable thing! Instead it was a bad experience! The place makes people… I'd like to go back for the merchandise but I don't think- because of the staff like this !!! Nice outlet. Incompetent staff!

Ho visto in internet il sito Off-Markett e guardando Ho visto un paio di scarpe di Bikkembergs che mi piacevano, anche se erano di un altro colore. Le ho ordinate, sono arrivate pure in anticipo, l'imballaggio era perfetto, così come le scarpe. Ottima esperienza con Off-Market. Sicuramente acquisterò ancora da loro. I was looking for a pair of sand / light gray shoes. I saw the Off-Markett website on the internet and looking I saw a pair of Bikkembergs shoes that I liked, even if they were of another color. I ordered them, they arrived well in advance, the packaging was perfect, as were the shoes. Great experience with Off-Market. I will definitely buy from them again.

Ovviamente Gls non si sogna nemmeno di consegnare i vestiti! Risultato, niente vestiti nuovi che arriveranno quando non servono...
