★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato l'esperienza che ho avuto con AVIS Desenzano. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo noleggiato un veicolo per 5 passeggeri e tre bagagli al mese in anticipo. Arrivando ad Avis a Desenzano la sorpresa. Né il veicolo richiesto né uno simile era disponibile. Ci è stato offerto uno più piccolo per un giorno e uno sconto sul pagamento e il giorno successivo sarebbe stato sostituito con quello corretto. Abbiamo dovuto accettare di non rovinare il viaggio. Il giorno successivo, quando abbiamo cambiato il veicolo, ci è stato comunicato che lo sconto sarebbe stato dato sul ritorno a Milano, che era già stato autorizzato. Ho richiesto di fare la lista di controllo, perché ciò non avrebbe funzionato. abbiamo consegnato un veicolo sporco e danneggiato ai quattro angoli e agli specchi retrovisori. Ho chiesto all'impiegato di inserire questo nel contratto. Ha segnato il danno. In arrivo. Il Milan ebbe un'altra sorpresa. Non solo non c'erano sconti per errori e consegna di un veicolo più piccolo. Nemmeno io avevo registrato il danno al sistema, e a Milano volevano farmi pagare per il danno già esistente nel veicolo. Una delusione, la peggiore esperienza che abbia mai avuto, ha concluso il viaggio. Almeno a Milano la persona dopo molte discussioni è stata coerente e ha detto che avrebbe visto come procedere e avrebbe inviato e-mail. Insomma è stata un'esperienza orribile e finora l'incertezza di ciò che accadrà. Sinceramente Avis Desenzano, mai più !!!!!
 Too bad the experience I had with AVIS Desenzano. My family and I rented a vehicle for 5 passengers and three bags a month in advance. The surprise came to Avis in Desenzano. Neither the requested vehicle nor a similar one was available. We were offered a smaller one for a day and a discount on payment and the next day would be replaced with the correct one. We had to agree not to ruin the trip. The next day, when we changed the vehicle, we were informed that the discount would be given on the return to Milan, which had already been authorized. I requested to make the checklist, because this would not work. we delivered a dirty and damaged vehicle to the four corners and to the rear-view mirrors. I asked the clerk to put this in the contract. Marked the damage. Arriving. Milan had another surprise. Not only were there no discount for errors and delivery of a smaller vehicle. Not even I had recorded the damage to the system, and in Milan they wanted me to pay for the damage already existing in the vehicle. A disappointment, the worst experience I've ever had, ended the trip. At least in Milan the person after many discussions was consistent and said he would see how to proceed and would send e-mail. In short it was a horrible experience and so far the uncertainty of what will happen. Sincerely Avis Desenzano, never again !!!!!

Noleggio dalle 9:00. L'addetta arriva alle 9:10 e non saluta.
Scortesia in tutte le fasi della predisposizione documenti. Non ci accompagna all'auto per la verifica dello stato del mezzo:
"L'auto è nel parcheggio in fondo alla strada, queste sono le chiavi".
PS: Innumerevoli tentativi (a vuoto) di telefonare il pomeriggio del giorno prima del ritiro dell'auto. Telefono suona a vuoto.
Al mattino seguente scopriamo in vetrina cartello che indica che gli uffici sono aperti solo al mattino. Le segreterie telefoniche, queste sconosciute.
Pessima esperienza che non rifaremo mai più.
Hired a Ford Fiesta via the web. They gave us a C3 that smells like smoke.

The sad and weird thing about this Avis office was the fact that the woman here working didn’t speak English. And she was really frustrated that i can’t speak Italian or French.
In a international rental company no English? Really?

First of all I have paid for BMW X1 and got LANCIA YPSILON. Wich is not even SUV or similar! I'm a 2meter height man and that car was tragical small! Very angry for that. Secondly, the car didn't have screenwash and the car was very dirty. When I asked your worker for screenwash she gave me table napkin! And thirdly, horrible service, she even couldn't explain about road toll if it's included.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not open/available during the times posted. Had to call (no English over the phone) and wait about an hour until someone showed up. Mind you, we had an appointment so they knew we were on our way. The parking lot is non existent and the neighbors are rude and quickly yell at you if you so much as even look at their parking spots (which are shared in the same lot and NOT posted).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a normal small Fiat for a week and in pick up Avis had upgraded the car to a Convertible small sporty Fiat. We had only a little luggage so it was ok for us. It was a great experiense to drive without a roof in Garda areas. Only minus was a little dirty car from outside.
