Il signore che risponde al telefono e che dovrebbe dare indicazioni ti dice sempre di presentarti senza appuntamento. Quando sei lì la risposta a tutto è: non so, deve aspettare. Alle 9.30 scatta il momento "leggiamo il quotidiano" per alcuni dipendenti. Altri invece hanno l'appuntamento al bar di fronte per il caffè. In media per ogni pratica rischi di andare 3 o 4 volte, non c'è una chiamata per ordine di arrivo quindi vince la legge del più forte e del "... devo solo". Non c'è precedenza se sei disabile: ti lasciano senza informazioni in attesa per ore o ti fanno ritornare perchè non sono in grado di gestire la situazione (la stampa di un documento). Non c'è precedenza per donne incinte o con bebè: anche in questo caso ti lasciano in attesa senza informazioni. La mia pratica è stata seguita dal sig. Alessandro, metà dell'appuntamento ha ripetuto "mannaja la miseria" fino terminare con un "porco d" . Fosse preciso e puntuale si potrebbero perdonare le bestemmie. Peccato che nelle giornate in cui siamo capitati noi non si sia rivelato nè preciso nè puntuale. Sono stata in altri centri, questo è proprio il peggiore. Per trasparenza: il personale femminile è invece sempre presente peccato che siano in 2 contro 10 impiegati. Disorganized. If you can choose don't come in this CGIL.
